Coach Dunn has 30 years of total coaching experience in football.  He was a head football coach for 19 years and has been a head softball coach.  During that time his teams were very successful.  Dunn has coached 2 state championship teams (2005 football) and (2006 softball).  He was named the 2005 Class A Football Coach of the Year and the 2006 Class A Softball Coach of the Year.  He was selected as the 2006 Minnesota Football All-star Game Coach in 2005 and in 2006 he was selected the Minnesota Fast pitch Softball All-Star Series Coach.  Coach Dunn is a 4-time section coach of the year in football and a 3-time Southern Minnesota Football Conference Coach of the Year.  He is the Past President of the Minnesota Football Coaches Association and was a member of the Board of Directors and the MSHSL Advisory Board.  He coached in 4 state Championship Football Games:  2 at Campbell County High School in Gillette, WY, 1 at BOLD High School in Olivia, MN and 1 at Springfield High School in Springfield, MN.  Coach Dunn has coached in a total of 21 Football State Tournament Games, played on 4 Undefeated Teams (HS/College), played on 3 NCAA DIII National Championships (84-86) - Augustana College Rock Island, IL.  Paul has two adult daughters, Molly and Sarah.
